The Business of Diversity in Sports and Entertainment (BDSE) supports diversity in front office roles. Since 2013, the SBJ NSF has aimed to provide opportunities for ethnic minority and women sports professionals to access senior-level executives, learn best practices and build lifelong peer-to-peer relationships through the BDSE Cohort. Selected Cohort members receive a complimentary, all-access badge to the three-day conference and attend a two-day BDSE Workshop focused on professional and career development.
